Construction Manager is a UCD qualified civil engineer with vast experience including senior infrastructure engineer on the 388-acre/8,000 home Cherrywood project with responsibility over installation of all roads and service for this 70 million euro project. Thomas has worked on multiple other residential schemes in the greater Dublin area and also served as resident engineer on an Irish Water project.
Keith Maguire
Contracts Manager holds Diploma in Site Management and Safety has extensive national and international experience in both residential and commercial projects. Keith has worked with the family business for over 25 years as a senior manager on multiple developments.

NOVOT HOLDINGS have engaged their highly capable design team comprising multiple faculties across planning, design, engineering, landscaping, ecology, lighting, archaeological and transport among other disciplines. This design team have conducted a detailed analysis and design for the proposed development on par with those of Large Scale Housing Development (LSHD, formerly Strategic Housing Development – SHD) with the objective to move the application through the planning process and efficiently as possible.
